Rajneesh and Shubh Kaushal (Raj Sr. and Mona) built Bollywood Masala up from scratch starting in 2003. Though the name and location of the restaurant has changed a few times, regular diners instantly recognize these authentic North Indian recipes—unmistakable, with unique and traditional dishes made from scratch using fresh ingredients.
